What Consultation
Looks Like
Consultation is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your needs. Clinical supervision is available for pre-licensed therapists working toward Maryland licensure. Consultation is available for licensed clinicians seeking advanced clinical support, EMDR consultation, or ongoing professional development.
For clinicians pursuing EMDRIA certification, consultation may also count toward EMDR certification requirements, depending on your training path and goals.
Sessions may include:
-
Case consultation and treatment planning
-
EMDR-specific guidance and integration
-
Support navigating perinatal and identity-based work
-
Space to process countertransference and clinical uncertainty
-
Skill-building to strengthen your clinical voice
Consultation is offered virtually, with limited availability for individual and group spots throughout the year.
Why Consultation Matters
Clinical work can feel isolating—especially when you're holding complex trauma, high emotional load, or emerging identity as a therapist.
Ongoing consultation helps you:
-
Think more clearly in complex cases
-
Feel less alone in your clinical decisions
-
Stay grounded in your clinical identity
-
Prevent burnout before it builds
-
Grow your skills without second-guessing yourself
So you can show up to your work feeling more confident, more grounded, and less alone in the decisions you’re making.
